( Q ) Can I pay my bill online? What information is needed?

( A ) Yes, click here to pay your bill online.  -  You will need your payment amount, invoice number, credit card information and billing address.

( Q ) How do I put my system on test?

( A ) Monday through Friday 8am-5pm you can call 228-575-9550 we will gladly take care of putting your account on test. After hours you can call the same number but you will need your password to give to operator answering the phone.


( Q ) How do I request service?

( A ) You can request service online by filling out the form here.  -  You can also call our office 228-575-9550 and we will gladly set up a time to come out.

( Q ) Do I get a discount for having a professionally installed system in my home or business and how do I get proof of installation?

( A ) Yes, you can for up to 20% but contact your insurance company for specific discounts.
