I have been working with AST for years as a service provider for the company I work for. Their customer service has been top notch. When there have been issues to be resolved either with a burg alarm or fire alarm the employees have been quick to respond to the issue and achieved the resolve for each issue in a timely manner. The products that they sell, and services are of the newest technology and have the most user friendly applications. These products and services allow for a more secure and efficient day to day operation of business. I would highly recommend them for any service or products they provide.

We had a break-in the other yesterday morning and the alarm system went off, the cameras recorded everything and Gulfport Police were able to find and arrest the burglar.

We've had All Safe protect our clinic here in Gulfport for over a year now. As we primarily serve individuals on the autism spectrum, client safety is a huge concern for us. Therefore, we did a lot of research of what security resources were available in our area before we decided to go with AST.
The installation was quick and competently executed and the team had no problem answering my questions and going over the functions of the equipment. The lead tech even dropped by a week later to check in on things, which saved me from calling them because I still had difficulty figuring out how to add users to our system. I know the system works well because a few of my newer therapists have set it off in the morning and the monitoring team at AST was quick to contact me and confirm whether to send police out to investigate or to stand down. I would absolutely recommend AST if you are looking for a remote security monitoring company or even if you just need cameras or magnetic door locks. I will be using them for our next clinic when it opens soon.

I had accidentally misdialed before I re-dialed your firm, and it was a robo-pick-a-number and press a number deal for me to call Wal-Mart to cash in $125 that I had just won. Needless to say, I hung up immediately, and it was even more refreshing to get you on the phone than it would have been otherwise.
Keep up the good work, and you will go far. I was in the insurance agency business for 50 years, and I know when I talk to someone good. You've got it.
