This year we are proud to share that All Safe Technologies has been serving lower Mississippi for a quarter of a century. Through these years, many of our customers have witnessed the evolution of a small startup business growing into what we do and who we serve today. All Safe Technologies serves a wide variety of customer types with very different and diverse needs. As technology continues to assist with effective solutions to secure our customers' homes and businesses, our core mission will always be to sell and install electronic security and life safety systems before an event occurs.
From a technological perspective, and in the early 2000's, the security systems we offered already included both hard-wire and wireless capabilities. Although this hasn't changed much, the types and speed at which these communications occur have drastically improved. From within the premises where every device communicates with each other or to a control panel, to the transfer of data with your monitoring center, speed and reliability will always be most important when lives and property are being protected.
Over these years, our goal has always been to provide the latest technologies that provide value to you. The most basic security and fire detection systems can communicate over a phone line, but this method has become inherently slower and less reliable. We will continue to actively work with the handful of customers that still rely on phone lines vs cellular or internet communications because seconds do count!
Another very prevalent addition to our offerings over these years has been the inclusion of automation and video solutions powered by AI. Although each of these systems can work independently, it's our goal to help educate our customers on why integrating them to work in harmony is a beautiful thing. Yes, saving time and money for our customers while improving their safety and security adds purpose to the reason we continue to serve this community. We understand that today it's harder to stretch your dollar despite the difficult economic environment. We continue to leverage our buying power built from our long-standing partnerships with distributors and service providers to keep costs reasonable.
Ultimately, we can provide the best product available, but it would mean little without the great team of people that we've employed over time. All our salespeople, technicians and customer support personnel are critical to our success. They are what this company represents, and we are grateful for them. We are also fortunate to operate under our original owner of 25 years, who continues to provide the guidance and means necessary to operate in this fast-paced and sometimes challenging business.
We plan to celebrate our silver anniversary and ask that you share this special event with us. After all, it's you that has made this milestone a possibility. We would love to meet you in person and look forward to having some fun. This event will be rescheduled to a later date to be announced. We will be sharing more details through our website, Facebook page and our partners at the Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce.
All of us at All Safe Technologies are thrilled to have served this community for 25 years and we look forward to what the future brings. One thing will always remain the same, regardless of whether we are providing services for a residence, or a large multinational corporation, we will always strive to provide every customer with exceptional service.
I am personally thrilled to be a part of this journey with All Safe Technologies and enjoy working with the people and our customers each day.
